Currently, Ken runs Carfagno Commercial Cleaning in the Philly Area where C3 just won Small Business of the Year for 2022. Ken was able to take his homeschooled family of 7 to the Gulf Coast of Florida for a month-long trip twice in Feb '22 and Feb '23. Ken and Teresa are very active in their community and church.
As a Coach... Ken started coaching solos in 2017 and started the Smart Cleaning School Podcast in 2019 to promote the industry and train more solos and startups. He teaches the ISO Model through his Solo Elite Membership to optimize solo cleaners.
