To build a high-growth cleaning business, we need a highly effective marketing strategy. In my talk, I take you through the exact strategy I used to grow my business to $1m+ and to 4 cities. The key to my success was really understanding where and how the best clients were searching for cleaning services. And in my experience, this was on Page 1 of Google - for searches such as "maid service near me" or "best house cleaning companies". When we realized this, we stopped spending money on other marketing channels and focused purely on Google, and started running a combination of Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads (LSA), and SEO marketing campaigns. Once we made that switch, things really started to click and we quickly scaled to 7 figures.
